One night. Three chefs. The best of Oregon's spring harvest. Food Network's Amanda Freitag joins Chef Jocelyn of Bellpine for a special evening of seasonal dining.

Together with Stacey Givens of Side Yard Farm & Kitchen, whose farm will supply many of the evening's ingredients, the chefs will present a five-course menu celebrating the richness of Oregon's spring harvest. Guests will begin the evening with a cocktail hour alongside the chefs before sitting down to dinner with curated wine pairings.

Enjoy uniquely crafted mimosas or Bloody Marys, and indulge in a sumptuous brunch featuring a carving station, fresh seafood, decadent desserts, and more—while enjoying live jazz melodies. Children will delight in their own buffet and fun entertainment, including a balloon artist, face painting, and photos with the Easter Bunny.
